OVERVIEW William Muñoz has been illustrating children's books since 1981 and has more than 100 books to his credit. Extensive files with a wide range of subjects from guide dogs and farm animals to grizzly bears; pigeons osprey and bald eagles; prairie, homesteading and fire ecology; the Lewis and Clark Trail; and, biodiversity and the forces that shape nature. Most recent coverage includes two projects that explore the relationship of the bison and horse and the Indian Tribes of the Plains. Deep coverage of Montana. Travels extensively in the United States. Strong coverage of the prairie states.
