Comments: Oh man - the colours were so subtle and even neon as they reflected off the surface and smoke particles. You can barely see the setting sun, top right! 565 forest fires burning this evening in BC - the smoke is right down to the ground. There is a province wide state of emergency for 14 days - don't go out unless necessary! Summer 2018 - yet another devastating summer of forest fires brought thick smoke across the PNW. This was it's effect at sunset, looking west across the Saanich Inlet, Vancouver island, British Columbia. Almost feel guilty making art out of global warming.
