Smith AGPix ID: AGPix_rpsmith402_0118 Photo Alignment: 35mm (vertical) Comments: During 1985 and 1987, moose were transplanted from Algonquin Provincial Park to Michigan's Upper Peninsula to re-establish the large mammals on the mainland. Moose were darted from helicopters then airlifted to a processing site. The animals were then trucked to the release site in MI.
