Sunday Creek Falls in winter in the Kootenai National Forest, Montana. I was tickled that the forest road leading to the falls was plowed. Then, just a 15 minute hike through the snow. I first visited these falls last spring, but what a treat to see the icy falls adorned with the fresh snow.

I always come up with something unique as the ice and weather create new patterns in which to work with. I zoomed in at 105mm and then focused in 9 different spots to get sharpness throughout the image, just like my naked eyes sees it.
