AGPix Monthly Renewal Procedures

Beginning on January 1, 2010, AGPix renewals have changed from an annual to a monthly system. The new renewal fee is $36 per month, totaling $432 a year. Each member's package includes available image space and anything else acquired over the past year(s). All such items are included as part of renewal for no additional charge.

Unless other arrangements are made, all renewal payments are due on the 1st of each month. In the case of renewals made via credit card, the credit card information will be held on file and the card automatically charged $36 on the 1st of each month. Monthly payments are nonrefundable, but ongoing memberships paid for by credit card can be cancelled at anytime with two weeks notice. Renewals can also be made by check, called in or faxed to the office.

Monthly renewal invoices will not be sent, but reminders are emailed when checks do not arrive by the 1st, or when credit card charges are declined. Receipts for each monthly payment are emailed, along with a yearly billing report at the end of each calendar year.

In the case of nonrenewal, there is a ten-day grace period before content is removed from the site. There is also a $40 fee to reinstate data dropped from the site due to nonpayment, so please alert us if you anticipate a problem but wish to maintain your place on the site.

Other payment schedules may be available on an individual basis.
