Built during the first Spanish period, 1565-1763, it is home to the shrine and dedicated to the first Greek people who came to America in 1768. It's a wonderfully cool, quiet, sanctuary away from the tourist crowds. It's also where I busted two small naughty boys lighting every candle in the place - didn't need a flash anyhow!! Too funny.
