Here the Macaw Mountain Bird Park and Cafe Miramundo compliment. The coffee is mountain grown and the bird park brings visitors who then get to try and buy absolutely fresh roasted, mountain grown, sun dried, pure Arabica. Of course the mountain coffee estate, bird park et al are all owned by the same guy, who is then able to employ locals all year round.
