Comments: Workers make "bee hive" coal in Tho Ha village, on a small island 50 km north of Hanoi. Once a pottery village, the local people turned to making rice paper when the pottery clay was used up. Coal dust is mixed with river mud and dried in molds, then is used for cooking. Each mold burns for two hours.
