Deputy Secretary of the Interior, Lynn Scarlett, presents Lori Guadagno, Rich Guadagno's sister, a plaque dedicating the Rich Guadagno Memorial National Recreation Trail as the 1000th National Recreation Trail. Rich was a former manager of Baskett Slough and Ankeny National Wildlife Refuges who was instrumental in oak savanna and wetland restoration on the refuges and a passenger on Flight 93, 9/11/01.
