Octogenarian Prince Pujie, younger brother of the Last Emperor of the Qing Dynasty, Puyi, is escorted from Beijing's Bei Hai Park after dining on imperial court cuisine at the Fangshan Restaurant, next to the Forbidden City, in 1988. Renowned for his calligraphy, Pujie was a symbol of leniency for the communist regime and became a party member and deputy in the National Peoples Congress.
