The Moana Surfrider, a Westin Resort, is an historic oceanfront resort  in Waikiki.  It has 793 rooms in three wings:  The historic Banyan Wing, the Tower Wing and the Diamond Wing.  This is the Banyan Wing, built in 1901 as the Moana Hotel.  Its facade on Kalakaua Avenue displays many of the hotel's intricate architectural details.  The porch's rocking chairs are a wonderful place to relax.

Villa Grabau's "Limonaia," lemon greenhouse,  shelters more than 100 lemon trees during the winter. Every tree has its assigned place.  Villa Grabau was built during the 15th century, but radically changed during the early 19th century.  Is is a fine example of neo-classical architecture.  The villa is set in a 9-hectare park noted for its English gardens, rare plants, fountains and lemon house.  Villa Grabau is in the foothills, 7 km from Lucca.
