GENERAL STOCK A leading collection of polar photographs. The Alexanders' love of the Arctic and the people who live there has led them to document the lives of the Inuit in northern Greenland and Arctic Canada over many years. Bryan has worked extensively in northern Siberia with many of the indigenous groups, including the Chuchi, Even, Evenk, Khanty, Koryak, Tuvan and Yakut. Bryan and Cherry have migrated with the Sami (Lapps) and their reindeer, gone polar bear hunting with the Inuit of northern Greenland and snowshoed with the James Bay Cree. Along the way they have photographed the wildlife and landscapes that shape these cultures.
