OVERVIEW Images of botanically identified plants from most of the United States, especially the Northeast and California, and also from Iceland, Australia, South Africa, England and other countries. Cultivars, especially roses, peonies, iris, daffodils, day lilies. Some plants are photographed to show botanical identification, others to create something of beauty or interest. Wildlife from the Falklands, India, Africa, Canada, the Galapagos and the United States.
NATURAL HISTORY Cultivated and native plants. All nature subjects from frost to cows and lions.
GENERAL STOCK Mailboxes. Carved pumpkins. Country, market and street scenes. People in Mexican hill towns; Indian villagers.
ENVIRONMENTAL Endangered plants. Black bear tagging in Maryland.
SPECIALTIES Botanically identified and/or aesthetic portraits of flowers. Approximately 3,000 native plants photographed in eastern U.S. and Canada, 1,000 in California. Another 2,800 cultivated or native plants in other parts of the U.S., foreign countries and gardens. Also penguins, gannets, Mexican monarchs, polar bears, wildlife of southern Africa and India.
GEOGRAPHIC AREAS Plants of every state and many countries, including Australia, Canada, China, Falkland Islands, South Africa. Scenics in Washington D.C., surrounding states, Alaska, Antarctica, California, Great Smokies, Hawaii. Some coverage of Arizona, eastern Canada, South Florida, Galápagos, Rio Grande, Rocky Mountains (fall), Tetons, Yellowstone.
RECENT COVERAGE People and animals in India. Utah scenics and flowers, Siskiyou plants, 300 types of daffodils.
