Albatross - Wisdom
Wisdom, a banded Laysan albatross thought to be at least 60 years old, folds her wings after returning from fishing at sea on the evening of March 20, 2011. This is the first time she has been photographed at her nest since the March 10 tsunami. First banded in 1956, Wisdom has probably flown more than 3 million miles. She is the oldest wild bird known through 90 years of banding records.
