OVERVIEW With a background in entomology and botany, Bill Johnson's photographic journeys take him to the close-up worlds of plants, insects and related creatures. Currently more than 1,500 insect species and over 8,000 plant species, both wild and horticultural.
NATURAL HISTORY Wildflowers, butterflies, insects, insect pests, spiders, horticultural plant cultivars, prairie plants, desert plants, wild orchids. Some birds, mammals, amphibians and other invertebrates.
